Why Counselling?

We all experience difficult times throughout our lives, these may be due to bereavement, trauma, relationship breakdowns or we may experience feelings of sadness, anxiety, depression or emptiness, Sometimes we know the reason why and sometimes we don’t know why we feel the way that we do. 

Counselling is a confidential service that provides you a safe environment to explore your difficulties and is done in a non-judgemental and supportive way. 

Counselling sessions are your time to be listened to, heard and understood. To work through your difficulties in order to make the changes you desire and improve your emotional wellbeing.
